WHAT IS GAMEPAD?

GamePad is an exciting social gaming event promoting social inclusion through gaming. We want to make the gaming experience fun for everyone, not just the “stereotypical” gamer.

So we work on attracting male and female gamers, families with young children, and people who have never been to a gaming event.

We have a great team and are supported by some amazing companies in the industry. Check out our About page to find out more.

WHAT GAMES CAN I PLAY?

The list of games will change from event to event. In general. We do not showcase 18 rated games and focus on games that can be played together, either competitively or cooperatively.

Some fan favourite includes Mario Kart, Street Fighter, Super Smash Bros, FIFA and we are always adding more games to the list thanks to our partnerships with Ubisoft, Bandai Namco and Nintendo.

Check out the What’s On page to find out what games will be playable at the next event.

CAN I BRING CHILDREN?

GamePad is a family friendly event and we encourage families to come and enjoy the day together. We do not showcase any 18 rated games and run tabletop games for a chance to give attendees young and young at heart the chance to take a break from the screen.

Find out more information about our family activities here.

CAN I COSPLAY?

Absolutely! We encourage cosplayers to attend GamePad. Come in cosplay and get a discount on entry. Get your outfit snapped by a professional photographer too. We’ll be adding more cosplay activities at future events, so stay tuned!

Find out more about any cosplay activities here.

Will There Be Any Food Or Drink?
